Chatsworth Flower Show

We are pleased to report that our proposal for an installation at the Chatsworth Flower Show was accepted. It will be part of the new Floral Immersion exhibit where designers have been challenged to inspire and stimulate visitors with an immersive experience.

I will be working alongside florist Rachel Petheram from Catkin (also my wife!). It will be the first that we have collaborated professionally so wish us luck.

Our exhibit is called Floral Notes and is a visual representation of scent designed to take you from earthy base notes close to the ground, and represented by a structure inspired by the Cornish hedge, through swirling middle notes of rich fragrance and up to top notes hanging tantilisingly overhead.

Reflecting our different backgrounds the exhibit is very much part garden and part floral display.

Now we just have to turn concept into reality.....
