Introduction to the Wilder Garden

There are many ways in which our gardens can be made more environmentally friendly, from reducing our reliance on hard materials and making room for more plants, to thinking in terms of ‘habitat’ and making simple adjustments to how we look after them.
This full day workshop will show you how to design a beautiful garden that has sustainability at its heart. We will consider ways of minimizing energy and carbon impact, maximizing biodiversity, how to use plants effectively and materials efficiently, all while developing an attractive, connected and resilient space fit for a changing climate.
