Doddington Sculpture Exhibition 2016

The biennial Doddington Sculpture Exhibition is underway and has two weeks left to run. Its worth a visit to see the incredible range of art work being produced and should give inspiration to anyone interested in giving their garden another dimension.

Japanese garden

I visited a Japanese garden near my home in the East Midlands about 10 years ago and a recent article in the Daily Mail prompted me to make a return trip. I was not disappointed.

The UK's biggest nature reserve

Last summer the RSPD announced that approval had been given to the UK’s newest and biggest nature reserve - [The Great Trossachs Forest][0] in Scotland. At 16,500 hectares it will be a magnificent area for wildlife.
